How do I enrol in a package?

Pick your package on this page, then sign in to the Candidates App (or create a free account). You pay securely inside the Candidates App. Access is granted after payment is verified — usually within 12 hours.

What currency are the prices in?

All prices are in British pounds (GBP £). If you pay with a non-UK card, your bank converts the amount to your local currency at its own exchange rate.

How long do I keep access to my course?

The access period is shown on each package card (for example, “6 months from purchase”). TutorBook comes with permanent access including content updates.

What is TutorBook?

TutorBook is a recall-based OET book (First Edition 2026) covering all disciplines. It is available on its own or bundled with eligible course packages — look for the “TutorBook eligible” badge on package cards.

Can I get a refund?

Our products are digital and most give immediate access, which affects the usual 14-day cancellation right under UK consumer law. Please read the refund policy before you buy — it explains exactly when refunds are and are not available.
